In order to become a Groupie, you must FIRST pick up a Groupies Rewards Card on site at any of our locations. Then enter the 19 digit card number and PIN via the online registration form.

New members must complete the entire sign-up form, including address and phone number, in order to receive all the Groupie benefits.
